Digital Products – Returns or Refunds Policy

All products available for purchase in the TransformAction Therapy shop are digital products (including but not limited to downloadable files, videos, workbooks, courses, and other digital content).

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This applies regardless of whether the product has been accessed, downloaded, partially used, or unused.

Consumer Rights – Digital Content

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

You are purchasing digital content
Delivery begins immediately after payment
You waive your statutory right to cancel once the digital content has been supplied

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

The digital product was not delivered due to a verified technical issue on our side
You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment)

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your digital product, we are happy to provide technical support to ensure you can access the content you have purchased. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
