About Me
Hey, I’m Lynsey, and I’m really glad you’ve found your way here.

I’m a psychotherapist with years of experience supporting people of all ages through stress, anxiety, trauma, and life’s tricky transitions. I am a multi-modal clinician trained in many evidence-informed approaches, blending techniques to meet each person where they are because therapy should fit you, not the other way around.

I believe therapy isn’t just for the hard times either. Think of it like working with a personal trainer but for your mind. You might want to get stronger, build emotional buoyancy, heal from past injuries, or simply maintain your mental wellbeing. Therapy can help with all of that: confidence, clarity, emotional strength, and a deeper sense of calm.

Since 2014, I’ve worked across the mental health spectrum; with children in residential homes, adults in NHS primary care, and NHS staff navigating both personal and professional challenges. I’m also proud to be the Director of Transform/Action Therapy, where I continue to support people in finding the tools and space to thrive as well as holding workshops and reflective spaces.

If you’re here, it probably means you’re curious about what therapy can do for you and I’d love to help you explore that, safely, at your own pace.

I offer virtual sessions via video or telephone. and face-to-face sessions in South Warwickshire.
I blend therapeutic approaches and customise them to your needs. Trust your gut when it comes to choosing a therapist - feeling that you have the 'right fit' with a therapist is far more effective than how many times they've attended University.

That said though, I have also listed my experiences below and given links to my professional registrations - this is important for you to know that I receive regular clinical supervision, seek CPD training, and adhere to set standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
